The ranch is located in Ojo Laguna, which is about one and a half hour before getting to Chihuaha City. This property has a rancher's quarters with two family accomodations and a warehouse in between both units. The guesthouse has five bedrooms, large family room, two bathrooms, single garage, telephone, electricity and kitchen area with a porch. The entrance to the ranch is two miles from the main highway. It has two 20,000 gallon water holding tanks which supplies water to the guesthouse and 15 cattle drinking tanks. The water being supplied to the guesthouse is from a domestic well. The property has a 300 ft deep well adn the pump runs by a diesel caterpillar motor. There is a cattle corral in the front of the ranch and another one at the south end of the ranch. There are dividing fences throughout the property for the pastures with native grass for the cattle. It has the capacity for 500 to 600 grazing calves. The elevation of the ranch is over 4000 ft and the area is host to white tail deer, black bears, lions and wild boars..
